What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers, this role is designed to uphold quality and alignment.
Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking educational models anywhere. Our sites integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely progress ahead of national norms, supported by measurable results. Afternoons shift toward deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical competency development. The framework delivers. Yet it only succeeds when matched with appropriate families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial interest and continuing through final onboarding. This is not a relay position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against proceeding when appropriate. The objective is not maximizing headcount. The objective is strategic alignment.
We welcome applicants from elevated service contexts outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, senior executive assistance, exclusive membership groups, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen sophisticated client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a refined, phased process with sound judgment, transparency, and accountability.
If your background centers on delivering concierge-level service where confidence, professionalism, and experience integrity shape the reputation, this role will resonate—simply directed toward work that meaningfully impacts lives.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are currently hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
