What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations.
Many schools hide operations behind closed doors, committee structures, and approval hierarchies. Alpha takes a different approach. This role places you front and center every day: welcoming families, resolving technology problems, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, addressing parent concerns, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the campus environment reflects Alpha's standards for safety, precision, and excellence.
We need someone who can balance warmth with firmness, maintain strong systems without becoming checklist-dependent, and project confidence while staying grounded in hands-on work. You will be accountable for nearly all non-instructional operations: family communication, attendance management, campus security, building maintenance, meal coordination, device support, event execution, and the seemingly minor issues that escalate quickly without swift action.
You will not be supported by a large on-site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, access to remote support teams, and established quality standards, but success requires rapid learning, smart use of available resources, and sound real-time decision-making. In return, you will become the dependable presence parents trust, the resource Guides count on, and the approachable problem-solver students turn to when help is needed.
If you are looking for a high-visibility school operations position where customer service, sound judgment, clear communication, and personal accountability are tested daily, submit your application today.
