In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. You manage community engagement, campus security, facility logistics, and daily technology support. At any given moment, you might coordinate an emergency drill, troubleshoot a technology issue, integrate a new team member, or respond to a parent inquiry. Your work goes beyond maintenance—it builds trust and reliability.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety protocols, including entry management, medical responses, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Coordinating everyday campus functions including attendance tracking, facility management, transportation logistics, and administrative workflows
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to ensure seamless transition into operational systems
- Administering student devices and campus technology infrastructure, functioning as the on-site tech point person and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum planning
- Operating in a limited, specialized clerical capacity
- Remaining stationary with routine, predictable responsibilities
- Delegating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL; Santa Barbara, CA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
