In this position, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities encompass community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics oversight, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety drill, troubleshooting a device problem, integrating a new team member, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your role extends beyond maintenance—you are building trust and reliability.
This is a practical, on-site position designed for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, maintains composure during challenges, and commits to delivering exceptional service standards. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a key contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional communication across all interactions
- Overseeing campus security functions, including entry management, health-related incidents, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family correspondence
- Supervising day-to-day campus functions including attendance tracking, facilities management, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff members to guarantee seamless integration into operational workflows
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the main on-site technical contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or directing curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, single-purpose administrative capacity
- Remaining stationary at a desk performing routine, unchanging duties
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL; or Santa Monica, CA — or willing to relocate
