Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, in person and online

Basic Requirements
- Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
- 2 years in customer-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
- Comfortable managing a blend of remote work and in-person campus duties
- Capable of adjusting rapidly and succeeding in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
