What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Relationship Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking school models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely demonstrate faster learning progress compared to national benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. However, its success depends entirely on the right families.
This is your entry point.
You will control the admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for the family's experience, the clarity with which they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with the proper reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed conversations, and recommend declining admission when that is the appropriate response. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is strategic alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What is critical is your capability to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and accountability.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, discretion, and experience quality define the brand, this role will be recognizable—simply applied to work that genuinely impacts outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site role. We are currently hiring in La Jolla, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Santa Monica. Relocation assistance is provided.
