This isn't a typical admissions position. You won't spend your time behind a desk sending template emails or buried in administrative paperwork. Instead, you'll conduct high-impact family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and lead them through a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll make sure our campus remains safe, compliant, and always prepared to welcome students and families with assurance.
Alpha is a K–12 private school reimagining childhood education. We combine adaptive technology and skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery-based learning that equips students for real life, not just standardized tests. In this role, you'll serve as the frontline representative of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
- Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions process.
- Implementing rigorous safety and safeguarding protocols to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
- Managing all facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and repair supervision.
- Regularly analyzing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.
- Being restricted to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department.
- Operating under rigid, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
- Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder meaningful progress.
- Concentrating solely on documentation, detached from the students and families you support.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- 1 years experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Experience working with children/students
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-direction.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.
