What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Associate, Alpha - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
As the initial contact for families choosing where to begin their child's education, you will influence enrollment through every message, event, and conversation you manage. This role requires precision, responsiveness, and authentic connection, recognizing that trust develops through deliberate and thoughtful execution.
Alpha is constructing a school model of exceptional ambition. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. The admissions function is where this vision becomes tangible. Families seek more than information—they need clarity, assurance, and proof that Alpha differentiates itself in substantive ways.
In this position, you will oversee the complete prospective family experience from initial inquiry onward. You will deliver prompt and considered responses, coordinate campus tours and shadow experiences, ensure applicant data accuracy, and help parents understand Alpha's operations and alignment with their objectives. This visible, relationship-centered role directly shapes enrollment outcomes.
This fast-moving, on-campus position in Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA suits someone capable of balancing multiple priorities with precision and attentiveness. If you value clear communication, reliable follow-through, and empowering families to make informed decisions, this role provides meaningful ownership and influence.
