What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Associate, Alpha - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
You will serve as the primary contact for families making critical decisions about their child's education. Each email you compose, event you plan, and interaction you facilitate will influence whether a family selects Alpha. This position is built for someone who prioritizes accuracy, timely communication, and authentic relationship-building, and who recognizes that trust develops through careful and consistent execution.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school systems. Our locations integrate demanding academic standards, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Admissions is the gateway through which this vision becomes tangible. Families seek more than basic information. They want clarity, assurance, and proof that Alpha delivers distinct and substantive value.
In this capacity, you will oversee the complete experience for prospective families beginning with their initial contact. You will reply with care and speed, coordinate campus visits and shadow opportunities, keep applicant information current and precise, and help parents understand how Alpha functions and whether it matches their aspirations. This is a prominent, people-centered role in which you directly shape enrollment outcomes.
This is an on-site, high-tempo position based in San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; and East Bay, CA, suited for someone capable of juggling competing demands with precision and attention. If you value transparent communication, dependable execution, and empowering families to make informed decisions, this role provides meaningful autonomy and influence.
What You Will Be Doing
Create a polished, high-conversion admissions journey that turns early interest into committed enrollment, while ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about becoming part of Alpha.
