Job Title: Landscape Foreman
Location: Coronado, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites
- Plan, assign, and oversee daily work tasks
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Operate and oversee use of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, etc.)
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor job quality, productivity, and materials usage
- Communicate with management and clients regarding job progress and issues
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Assist with landscape installation and maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional landscaping experience
- 1 year of crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and/or installation practices
- Ability to read job plans and schedules
- Valid driver's license (chauffeur or CDL a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with commercial or residential landscaping
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscaping, or snow removal (if applicable)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
