First Years Preschool is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered Preschool Teacher to lead a nurturing, engaging classroom where children grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Hours: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM (10-month school year)
Days: Vary, depending on positions available at time of hiring

Responsibilities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate, faith-based lessons
- Foster a love of learning and child development
- Create a structured, nurturing classroom
- Communicate with parents
- Maintain organization and positive behavior
- Participate in meetings and professional development
- Committed Christian role model
- Bachelor’s degree (ECE preferred) or relevant experience
- Experience with young children (preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Willing to complete DCF training and background screening
- Transcripts
- Teaching Certificate or CDA (if applicable)
- One professional and one church reference
