About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional with a proven track record of selling to corporations, immigration law firms and attorneys. This position starts as a contract hire with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and mutual fit. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the immigration legal services market.
Work Location
Office Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: 3-4 days per week in-office (1 day remote)
Must be able to commute to Framingham office reliably
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporations, immigration law firms, solo practitioners, and legal organizations
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting immigration attorneys and practice managers
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to immigration law workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of sales or business development experience specifically selling to HR individuals / mobility specialists , immigration lawyers, law firms, or legal service providers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of immigration law practice operations, workflows, and business challenges
- Established network of contacts within the immigration legal community
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to demonstrate ROI and value propositions
