- Experience: 3 years in sales or consultative roles working with founders, investors, VCs, banking, consulting, or startups.
What You'll Do:
- Run consultative, no-pressure sales processes—educating founders on soft-landings and guiding them to the right next step (even warm referrals elsewhere).
- Manage inbound and warm outbound opportunities while partnering closely with operations, legal, and tax teams.
- Maintain perfect pipeline hygiene with clean CRM stages, timely follow-ups, detailed notes, and seamless handoffs.
- Simplify complex legal/tax topics to build trust with founders, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Own discovery calls, solutioning, and closes while sustaining a 48% close rate on qualified deals.
- Propose improvements to talk tracks, collateral, qualification, and automations; mentor teammates as the team scales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to hit ramp targets, forecast predictably, and test pitches for new product lines.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
