This role is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced setting, follows direction, and maintains a clean and organized workspace. You will assist with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and overall kitchen support to ensure smooth operations throughout the project.Key Responsibilities:Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and portioning as directed by kitchen leadershipAssist with basic cooking tasks, food assembly, and platingMaintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area at all timesFollow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standardsProperly label and store food itemsSupport cooks and chefs with any additional tasks needed for the projectAssist with inventory rotation, restocking, and tracking kitchen suppliesAdhere to project timelines and ensure consistency in food preparationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Prior kitchen or prep cook experience preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs as neededStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environmentKnowledge of basic food safety standardsAdditional Details:This position is tied to a short-term special project, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are key.
