We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support industrial machinery and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues
- Repair or fabricate components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Assist with equipment installation and movement
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (technical/trade school preferred)
- 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (equipment/machinery required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical and welding experience
- Ability to read technical documents and work independently or on a team
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (35 lbs repetitively)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying conditions
