- Manage high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting for various departments.
- Develop and present diverse candidate slates tailored to client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate knowledge, skills, and cultural fit.
- Recommend top candidates to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
- Oversee the entire candidate experience—from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews, administer assessments, and deliver hiring feedback.
- Maintain requisitions and candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent the company brand effectively when positioning opportunities to candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong command of ATS tools and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: experience in the energy industry.
