We are seeking a creative and strategic Internal Communications Coordinator to craft compelling internal content that engages employees and drives traffic to internal platforms. This part-time Internal Communications Coordinator role is ideal for a strong storyteller who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at delivering impactful messaging.

Internal Communications Coordinator Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and distribute engaging internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and feature stories
• Develop high-quality storytelling content that increases employee engagement and platform usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure consistent messaging
• Manage content across multiple internal communication channels with clarity and accuracy
• Maintain editorial standards and align all communications with brand voice and tone
  
  

Internal Communications Coordinator Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience as a content writer, communications specialist, or similar role
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Additional Details For Internal Communications Coordinator

• Hours: 24 hours per week
• Work setup: Hybrid (primarily remote with the option to work fully remote; occasional on-site presence in Melville, NY may be requested)
• Contract Length: 8 months
