Mortgage Advisor – Matt Weaver Team (CrossCountry Mortgage)
Location: South Florida (Boca Raton)
Join the number 1 origination team in the state of Florida (2020–present), working directly under the mentorship of the nation’s top loan originator for purchase units, Matt Weaver. Our Advisors play a critical role in serving our high-volume inbound referral network and guiding homebuyers through a best-in-class experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Service and manage our inbound Realtor referrals
• Conduct homebuyer consultations and guide clients through next steps
• Pre-approve ready, motivated homebuyers
• Collaborate closely with our processing, LOA, and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain strong communication with our Realtor partners
What You Won’t Do:
• No prospecting
• No outbound calling
• No open houses or weekend presentations
• No reviewing tax returns, pay stubs, or bank statements — our support team handles all document analysis
• No cold calling or hunting for business
