Are you a talented interior designer who thrives on transforming luxury homes into stunning, highly personalized living spaces?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with 8 years of professional design experience to lead multiple high-end remodeling projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-driven professional who enjoys collaborating with clients, vendors, estimators, and construction teams to bring exceptional residential designs to life.

You'll have the opportunity to guide clients through the design journey, develop sophisticated design concepts, select premium materials and finishes, and help create beautiful spaces that exceed expectations.

What You'll Do

Lead Luxury Residential Design Projects

• Manage multiple luxury remodeling and residential design projects simultaneously.
• Develop creative design concepts aligned with each client's vision, lifestyle, and investment goals.
• Create plans, renderings, specifications, construction documents, and selection schedules.
• Recommend and specify finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, furnishings, and materials appropriate to each project.
  
  

Collaborate with Clients and Project Teams

• Facilitate client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide clients through selections while balancing design objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Work closely with estimators, consultants, project managers, and trade partners throughout the pre-construction process.
• Maintain thorough project documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  

Manage Design Details and Budgets

• Perform take-offs and assist in developing accurate project budgets.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes and product specifications.
• Monitor lead times and coordinate specialty product selections.
• Ensure design intent is clearly communicated and accurately implemented.
  
  

Support Construction and Project Delivery

• Participate in project handoff meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve design-related questions and challenges.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed.
• Ensure selected products and design details are executed as planned.
  
  

Build Vendor and Industry Relationships

• Develop strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals.
• Research and evaluate new products, materials, and design resources.
• Stay current on luxury design trends, construction methods, and market pricing.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 8 years of professional interior design experience.
• Experience managing luxury residential remodeling and custom home projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and documentation.
• Proficiency in:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Chief Architect (preferred)
• Experience producing construction documents and detailed design packages.
• Understanding of applicable residential building codes and standards.
