What You’ll Do:
* Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically
* Foster a classroom environment that is safe, structured, joyful, and full of encouragement
* Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families
* Communicate openly and professionally with parents and team members
* Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership to support the overall success of the school
* Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED (required)
* Previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing spirit, patience, and a genuine love for children
* Reliable transportation
* Willingness to meet and maintain all state licensing requirements
