We’re a bustling multifamily community looking for a Maintenance Technician who can fix stuff, save the day, and maybe tell a good joke along the way. If you’re handy with tools, love solving problems, and know your way around leaky faucets and squeaky doors, we need you!
What You’ll Do:
- Fix things (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances—you name it).
- Save our residents from maintenance meltdowns.
- Keep the property looking sharp (because curb appeal matters).
- Prep units for new residents—fresh, clean, and move-in ready!
- Be on-call sometimes (but don’t worry, we’ll keep it fair).
What We’re Looking For:
- Maintenance skills that would make Bob Vila proud.
- Experience in multifamily properties.
