Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Bentonville, AR. The CNA will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to patients, assisting them with daily living activities, and supporting the medical team. Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care tasks such as bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for maintaining patient records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of basic medical equipment usage and adherence to proper infection control practices
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
