This position is on-call as needed and requires availability for day, evening, and weekend hours.

Job Description:
As an Personal Care Receptionist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Interacting with Residents, providing assistance as needed.
- Answering multi-line telephone calls for the Personal Care Center, determining the nature of the call, directing the caller to the correct party or taking and relaying message.
- Monitoring persons coming and going from the Personal Care Center. Greeting and directing visitors.
- Typing assignments or routine updates using Word, Excel.
- Providing clerical assistance to Personal Care team members and residents.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with email is preferred.
- Customer service and experience working with older adults preferred.
- Must be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and maintain positive interactions.
