Mortgage Processor
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team! You'll play a critical role in the loan process, ensuring mortgage applications are complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting and closing.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify documents (income, credit reports, appraisals, etc.).
- Prepare and organize loan applications and file packages.
- Act as a liaison between applicants, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties.
- Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory policies.
- Manage deadlines to keep the process on track.
- Provide updates and maintain detailed documentation throughout the process.
