We are seeking an experienced in-home estimator and sales professional to join our flooring and bathroom installation company serving Orlando and surrounding areas. This role is commission-only and offers the opportunity to work on residential projects as part of a dynamic sales team reporting to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site measurements for flooring and bathroom installations
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize estimating software to prepare competitive project bids
- Drive sales efforts for residential flooring and bathroom projects
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet company sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in sales and estimation
- Strong sales techniques and customer service skills
- Knowledge of flooring and bathroom fixture products
- Effective communication and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation
