The Account Manager is primarily responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for service issues, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. The Account Manager will also collaborate closely with various internal teams, the lead consultants and insurance carriers, to effectively meet client needs and drive business growth.
