Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Pool Operator and Club Manager(s)

• Maintain water quality according to state standards
• Maintain a safe and clean pool deck area
• Maintaining a vacuuming schedule for all bodies of water
• Maintain a functional and organized pump room
• Must be able to lift, move and handle chemicals responsibly

• Decision making and judgment focused on safety, prevention , and high quality member experience

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• CPO Certification (preferred) but not required. All necessary training will be provided by Cross Gates
• Being able to work independently and in a team setting

• Problem solving skills and being able to take initiative

Work Environment:

• Work is mostly performed outdoors and in all weather conditions during the day and on occasions at night

• Maintenance work can vary on location and inside/and or outside

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $9 to $11 per hour, based on experience, with opportunity for growth and development
