Schedule: Part Time, flexible weekday and weekend availability preferred
Additional hours required during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other peak floral seasons

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily floral production including wrapped bouquets and basic arrangements
- Process and prep fresh flowers including hydration, trimming, and organizing inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized design space
- Support senior designers during high volume production days
- Learn proper floral handling, design mechanics, and color theory fundamentals
- Provide friendly customer service when needed
- Help with holiday production and extended hours during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the floral industry
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow design direction and accept feedback
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Previous floral experience is not required but is a plus
