We need someone who can maximize conversions AND build new lead channels.We're looking for a full-stack growth operator who can direct content strategy, build local relationships, organize leads, optimize conversions, and drive revenue. Someone who executes, not just coordinates.You'll own the growth engine: directing content for TikTok and YouTube, launching streaming TV commercials, building strategic partnerships, optimizing conversions, and creating systems that scale us to $3.5M in 2026.What You'll Do:Content Strategy & Direction:Direct content strategy for TikTok, YouTube, and streaming TV platforms (Apple TV, Prime Video, Hulu).Provide Aaron at Accell with creative direction for all content creation.Build content calendars and campaign strategies.Coordinate content utilization across all marketing channels.Relationship Marketing:Build strategic relationships with local architects, builders, realtors, interior designers.Develop partnerships generating qualified referrals.Network at local events to build our presence.Organize high-touch marketing events.Marketing Team Partnership:Support our SEO professional with rapid content and data delivery.Collaborate closely with Aaron at Accell on content and campaign strategy.Provide conversion data to optimize all marketing channels.Lead Generation & Conversion:Organize and track leads from all sources.Implement qualification systems for six-figure opportunities.Build dashboards showing real-time lead flow and conversion metrics.Design systems moving leads from inquiry to signed contract.Develop nurture sequences increasing show and close rates.Operations & Systems:Build scalable processes for 3-crew operations.Implement CRM workflows and automation.Create SOPs for lead handling.Integrate with our AI software (January 2026).Document all processes.Competitive Intelligence:Deep analysis of regional competitors.Monitor pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.Understand why deals win or lose.Support pricing strategy with market data.Who You Are - Non-Negotiables:Strategic Thinker: Understand what content performs on TikTok, YouTube, and streaming TV.
