Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP)

Salary Range: $142,000 – $178,000 annually $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements to Apply

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active California NP or PA license
• DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing NP or PA
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) upon hire
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-based environment

For Nurse Practitioners

• Active California RN license
• ANCC or AANP certification

For Physician Assistants

• NCCPA certification

Preferred

• Experience in FQHC, nonprofit, or community health settings
• Experience with LGBTQ , transgender, homeless, or HIV populations
• Epic EMR experience
• Bilingual Spanish

Job Overview

This full-time Advanced Practice Provider opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a mission-driven outpatient setting serving diverse and underserved communities. Working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary clinical team, you’ll assess, diagnose, treat, educate, and coordinate care for patients across a broad range of primary care needs.
