Job Summary:
Operating Room Certified Scrub Technician position available in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment is for 13-16 weeks, with candidates required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves working in an outpatient surgical setting specializing in sports medicine, hand/foot surgery, eye surgery, urology, and plastics. The schedule is rotating day and evening shifts, with weekends and call as required, including flexibility for on-call nights and weekends.

- Required Qualifications: Certified Scrub Tech certification, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, NBSTSA certification preferred; 2 years of Operating Room experience; prior travel experience required; candidates must have a valid license to bring on the first day.
- Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday; bi-weekly orientations on Monday; no block schedules for any reason
- Float: Float rotation may be required; weekends and call as necessary, including 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 2 weeks
- Additional Information: Assignment for 13-16 weeks; assignment includes working in outpatient surgery for sports medicine, hand/foot, eye, urology, and plastics; flexibility required; assignment involves weekends and call; ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained; this facility requires complete work history information (bed count, EMR system, facility type, etc.) in submission; public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation (personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires from November to April) is strongly recommended.
