Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position in an unspecified location. Job Details
- Position involves working in a Medical Surgical with Telemetry specialty unit.
- Qualifications include prior travel experience, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; NIHSS is required prior to start.
- A minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical telemetry experience is required; progressive care experience is preferred.
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Travel is not required for this assignment.
- The assignment requires working Monday through Sunday with no block schedules, bi-weekly orientation on Monday.
- Candidates must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
- The assignment involves working from Monday to Sunday with no floating required.
- All employment gaps over 90 days should be explained.
- All work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, must be complete to submit.
- Reliable transportationpersonal or rental vehicleis strongly recommended, especially since public transportation is not accessible in this area.
