Job Summary:

The healthcare organization in Lewiston, Maine, is seeking a registered nurse for a medical-surgical position on a 37-bed unit. This role involves providing patient care across a variety of diagnoses, including trauma, bariatrics, plastics, urology, and general surgery, with an emphasis on telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia management. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with experienced staff and a focus on patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Location: Lewiston, ME


• Schedule: Nights shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week


• Certifications: BLS or BCLS required; ACLS preferred


• Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar setting


• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, experience in telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation, at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience


• Preferred Qualifications: Bariatric patient care experience; proficiency with ultrasound IV placement team support


• Position Type: Contractor replacement


• Shift Details: Night shift, minimum 36 hours weekly, start date 09/07/2026
