Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Spring Grove, Minnesota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Long Term Care (LTC) Director of Nursing position located in Spring Grove, MN. This role involves overseeing nursing operations at a 38-bed facility providing both short-term and long-term care services. The candidate will ensure quality patient care, manage staff, and coordinate daily clinical activities. Job Details Position Description: Director of Nursing 8-hour days (mostly), with flexibility to support other shifts as needed. Certifications, Education, and Experience: MN RN license (must be current & active), AHA BLS certification, graduate of an accredited RN program, minimum of 2 years of geriatric nursing experience, including at least two years in a long-term care nursing facility. Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Familiarity with Matrix electronic medical records preferred. Must be willing to assist on the floor as needed. An associate degree or certificate is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Responsibilities: Oversee resident care, manage clinical staff, and coordinate day-to-day operations within the LTC unit. Respond to on-call emergencies as part of the rotation. Interview Requirements: Manager phone interview and MSP interview conducted Monday through Friday.
