Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Long Term Care. The position provides nursing care in a post-acute setting for patients with dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and activities of daily living assistance needs. The schedule primarily includes overnight shifts with weekend and holiday rotation.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience; active professional license required for submission.
- Schedule: Overnight shifts, primarily 6:00 p.m.6:00 a.m., with some 10:00 p.m.6:00 a.m. shifts; 36 hours per week; every other weekend and holiday rotation.
- Additional Information: Provides care for long-term care patients with common diagnoses including dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and activities of daily living assistance needs. The average patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:22. Orientation is approximately 12 shifts.
