Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care in Springfield, MA. This ICU float position involves providing high-quality patient care across Medical Intensive Care and Neuro Critical Care Units. The role requires flexibility to float among various units and is ideal for experienced ICU nurses seeking a challenging and dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MA


• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS (American Heart Association); 1 year of experience in a Level 1 ICU or 2 years in MICU setting; licensed registered nurse (RN); strong ICU background preferred.


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cases such as sepsis, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, respiratory failure; preferred experience in MICU.


• Additional Information: Candidate must be available to start between 12/28/2025 and 01/12/2026, with the expectation of crossing multiple critical care units. A strong background in ICU nursing with a focus on patient stability and complex case management is desirable.
