  • One (1) year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience
  
  
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  
  
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  
  
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
  
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  
  
  • Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience
  
  
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification
  
  
  • CCRN certification preferred
