Job Summary:

Endoscopy Laboratory Registered Nurse in Elmira, New York. This role involves providing specialized care for patients undergoing advanced gastrointestinal procedures, including ERCP, EMR, and EUS. The nurse will support both outpatient and inpatient settings at multiple campuses, assisting with endoscopic procedures and pre/post-operative care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day/evening shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The shifts are scheduled from 06:30 to 15:00 or 08:00 to 16:30, with variability.


• Required Qualifications: Current New York State nursing licensure, limited permit or eligible; excellent communication and writing skills; no minimum years of experience required.


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced GI procedures such as ERCP, EMR, and EUS; prior endoscopy training or focus on endoscopy nursing.


• Additional Information: The role involves supporting the expanded GI endoscopy service line, working with both outpatient and inpatient populations, and taking calls related to endoscopy procedures.
