Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position available in Wray, Colorado. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a hospital setting with a focus on patient safety and operational efficiency. The ER nurse will work night shifts, float between medical-surgical and emergency department units, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Arizona Board of Nursing or state licensure, certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Basic Life Support (BLS); 0 years of experience; located in Colorado or willing to relocate, in good standing with the licensing board
- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, experience in emergency and medical-surgical units, proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system
- Float: Float rotation may be required between medical-surgical and emergency departments
- Additional Information: The position requires working in a high-acuity environment with a patient ratio of 1:4. The facility operates on Cerner electronic medical records, and candidates must be adaptable to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
