Job Details

- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. Experience requirement: 0 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification preferred, including BLS, ACLS, PALSENPC, TNCC and/or ATCN certifications are a plus but not required.
- Additional Information: The RN assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. Formulates and implements patient care plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and documents all care activities according to policies and regulatory standards. Participates in ongoing education, professional development, and quality improvement activities. May supervise staff and work flow within the department.
