Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) nurse in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role involves providing high-quality patient care to individuals across all age groups, from birth to death, in a 12-bed unit. This position requires flexible and friendly healthcare professionals to handle various emergency procedures and collaborate with a core team of staff on night shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC); education requirements as needed; location flexibility; at least 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in emergency or similar acute care settings; friendly and adaptable personality
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Handle patients from birth to death.
- Be prepared to work evenings, weekends, with rotating weekends. No on-call responsibilities.
