Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse - Night Shift, located in Indiana. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a neonatal intensive care setting, focusing on critically ill newborns. The position requires a minimum of two years of Level III NICU experience and active Indiana RN licensure.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provide high-quality neonatal care in a 31-bed NICU setting, utilizing equipment such as EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication systems. The role includes patient care duties in a high-acuity environment, with a focus on neonatal stabilization and ongoing monitoring.


• Required Qualifications: Active Indiana RN license, BLS (American Heart Association), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), at least 2 years of Level III NICU experience, and valid certification.


• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, with orientation scheduled Monday to Friday (Week 1) and Monday-Tuesday (Week 2), totaling 8-hour days. Mandatory attendance is required for all seven days of orientation.


• Additional Information: The traveler may float to age-appropriate Peds or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The team utilizes EPIC charting, and the dress code is Caribbean blue scrubs. The start date is 11/02/2026, with the end date being 02/01/2027.


• Licensing: Candidate must be willing to wait for license submission.
