- Education Requirements/Experience: 0 years minimum experience required; specialized skills include assisting with circumcisions, postpartum assessments, labor and delivery support, lactation support, cesarean sections, and neonatal assessments.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 48 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include assisting with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, postpartum care, and triage of obstetrical patients.
- Unit Information: The unit is an LDRP setting with approximately 11 beds, providing rooming-in for most newborns with parents, and interdisciplinary support from respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, interpretation services, and rapid response teams.
- Additional Requirements: Pending licensure acceptance, completion of modules onsite during orientation, and compliance with lab and documentation protocols within 48 business hours of contract start.
