The position requires rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining high-quality care in an acute care setting.

Job Details

• Position Description: Support the IR department by verifying orders and consent, performing head-to-toe assessments, patient education, setting up rooms, circulating cases, administering moderate sedation, assisting anesthesia providers, continuously monitoring hemodynamics, documenting care, and coordinating with the healthcare team.
• Required Qualifications: ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association) certifications; current compact or state RN license; minimum of 2 years cath lab experience with specific skills in IABP; experience with EMR systems such as Merge or Cerner; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating days off. The schedule may be considered as five eight-hour days from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Includes weeknight and weekend call rotations approximately every three weekdays and weekends, with a call response time of 30 minutes.
• Additional Information: No float requirement. Orientation includes 2-3 full days of training/shadowing, followed by a buddy call system in the second week. Must note if previously employed by Marshfield, with a required end date at least six months prior to submission.
