This position involves providing specialized patient care within a Level II Trauma center emergency department. The role is suitable for experienced clinicians committed to supporting complex interventional procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. Job Details Position / Specialty: Interventional Radiology RN Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours each shift, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Schedule: 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Active Illinois registered nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications; minimum 1-year experience in a clinical setting; no geographic restrictions for local candidates; no experience required for first-timers. Responsibilities include assisting with End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, vascular interventions, central line management, embolization procedures, and other interventional radiology services. Open to discussing block schedule requests with management. Must arrive prepared for virtual orientation on day 1, and complete all required modules by 4:00 PM CST. On-call requirement: 1 night per week, every 4th weekend. No float within scope is required; travel experience not specified.
