Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in King City, California. This position involves providing emergency medical care within a dedicated ER setting. The role demands quick decision-making, adaptability, and adherence to clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift with 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications and licenses as required for ER nursing. Education at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid California nursing license. Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as ENPC, PALS, and TNCC are preferred to enhance clinical proficiency.
• Additional Information:
  • Overtime and billing rules are governed by a weekly billing cycle. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by a supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval.
  • Overtime hours in excess of 40 hours per week are billable at the regular hourly rate plus a specified surcharge.
  • Housing options are available in King City, including Keefer's Inn and Greenfield Village Apartments in nearby Greenfield.
  • The agency will invoice the healthcare provider directly for staffing services, with invoices sent to the designated finance contact.
  • The position requires credentialing to be sent in one batch, with updates provided collectively.
