Job Details

• Position Description: ER RN Nights Hopkinsville, KY. Contract length of 13 weeks, start date ASAP. Guaranteed hours are 36 per week with a 12-hour shift schedule from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license or compact eligibility, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications; minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience; associate degree or certificate; comfortable working independently; recent electronic medical record/charting experience; ability to adapt quickly to department workflows.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable managing high-acuity and critically ill patients, including cardiac emergencies, stroke, trauma, respiratory failure, behavioral health emergencies, and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include IV initiation, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and managing multiple patients with competing priorities. The unit cares for approximately 90 patients daily in a collaborative team environment.
