Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Athens, TN
This position involves providing critical emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The ER RN will deliver high-quality patient care across all ages, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Tennessee, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIH (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification, and at least 1 year of ER experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Multi-task ER experience, strong organizational and communication skills.
• Responsibilities: Provide emergency nursing care, perform patient assessments, administer medications and interventions, document clinical information accurately, and collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have required certifications prior to start. The unit serves all age groups, with a patient ratio of 1:4. Shift orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays.
