Job Details:

• Position: ICU Burn Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit Burn at a healthcare facility in Plano, TX.
• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Certifications in trauma, burn, surgical ICU experience; important communication and critical thinking skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN, CCRN certifications; experience in wound care, codes, EVDs, MTP procedures.
• Additional Information: The unit is a burn ICU and trauma ICU with 30 beds, staffed with approximately 85 team members. The environment involves critical care equipment and EMR Meditech. The role requires adaptability to the team-based culture, proactive communication, and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
