This position involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care setting within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. The nurse will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, provide education, and monitor patient progress in a fast-paced environment. Job Details: Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; 1 year of nursing experience Preferred Qualifications: None specified Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, implementing and evaluating care interventions, educating patients and families on self-care and illness prevention, and participating in team building activities. Ability to effectively communicate in English and demonstrate leadership and critical thinking skills are essential. The position may involve collaboration on Shared Governance groups, professional publications, and continuous professional development to reflect current nursing practices.
